Lori Feitel focuses her practice primarily in the areas of general corporate law and commercial business transactions.
Her experience is broad-based, with an emphasis on contract reviews, drafting, and analysis for a wide variety of business and financing transactions. Ms. Feitel’s experience also includes all aspects relating to formation, organization and maintenance of business entities such as limited liability companies, limited partnerships, joint ventures, and for profit and non-profit corporations; corporate governance and compliance; and structuring and due diligence with regard to mergers, acquisitions, and corporate reorganizations.
Ms. Feitel was associated with West & Feinberg a number of years ago and returned to the firm in 2020. Prior to her initial association with the firm, she practiced in the Washington, DC and Baltimore, MD offices of a large firm in its general corporate and business transactions practice for six years.
Ms. Feitel received a JD from Duke Law School in 1989 and a BA, magna cum laude, from Emory University in 1986.
