Lauren Bogart focuses her practice in the areas of estate planning and corporate law.
Ms. Bogart assists individuals and families in the areas of estate planning, estate and gift taxation, and family foundations. Ms. Bogart’s corporate law experience includes contract reviews, corporate document drafting and due diligence with regard to mergers and acquisitions.
Ms. Bogart began her legal career at Crowell & Moring in Washington, D.C. where she practiced health care, tax, and government contracts law. She later worked for a small D.C. firm specializing in insurance law. Most recently, Ms. Bogart worked for the National Brain Tumor Society.
Ms. Bogart received a JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, cum laude, in 1992 and a BA from the University for Michigan with high distinction in 1989.
